Kelsi Gotauco

Kelsi launched her real estate career at a start-up brokerage in Boston, and was able to use the small size of the firm to her advantage. Working closely with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers, Kelsi was involved in every part of the deal, establishing deep knowledge of the often-complex process that gets a client from listing-to-closing.

Over the years, Kelsi has developed a keen eye for property value and has kept her finger on the pulse of the rapidly changing marketplace.

Kelsi is always guided by her client’s best interests, and regularly goes above and beyond the “typical” duties and responsibilities of a real estate agent. The consummate professional, Kelsi is proactive, well-informed, communicative, creative, and highly resourceful.

Kelsi’s emphasis on caring deeply about her work and passion for helping others, comes from her past experience as a certified nursing assistant (working with children and adults with disabilities) and serving as the primary caretaker for her brother Christopher. Kelsi’s foundation of compassion also extends to her community, as she built deep roots and forged strong relationships within Greater Boston during her two-years as a New England Patriots Cheerleader.

Licensed in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Kelsi has sold private residences in the North End, luxury condos in Cambridge, and single-family homes west of Boston — but she considers a growing roster of repeat clients and steady stream of glowing testimonials the true mark of her success.
