Megan Francese

Megan’s positive energy, attention to detail, and 24/7 availability, make her a valuable partner for her clients as they embark on the complicated — and sometimes daunting — journey to find their dream home.

Megan is the consummate communicator, with a background in marketing, social media, and public relations — she works tirelessly to educate her clients on Boston’s ever-changing real estate market while also providing valuable insight on properties and communities that may be the best fit.

“I always encourage people to ask questions. Lots of questions. There are so many parts and pieces to a real estate deal, and I want to make sure my clients fully understand and are completely comfortable with every step of the process.”

While Megan earned her MA license in 2020, she has been connected to the real estate industry her entire life. Through her father, a licensed home inspector and contractor, Megan was exposed to the ins and outs of acquiring and managing investment properties and she regularly draws on that experience.

Megan was born and raised in the Berkshires and earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Advertising and Entrepreneurship from Quinnipiac University. After living in South Boston for several years, Megan now resides in Quincy.
