Stephen has an extensive background in real estate and accounting, as well as experience developing high-end homes and condominiums in Metro Boston and Wellesley. He brings that versatile background to Douglas Elliman’s Back Bay office, where he looks forward to putting the company’s impressive resources to work for his clients.
Stephen is meticulous, methodical, and extremely well-informed. He draws from his experience working for one of the big four accounting firms, where he honed his analytical skills. Later, he worked in the commercial real estate sector, where he represented large institutional tenants and advised them on their real estate decisions.
Staying current with market trends, new construction, and valuation in the local marketplace is key to helping his clients – whether buyers, sellers, or investors – to make the best decisions. He has a broad understanding of trends that can affect pricing and, therefore, he can inform on the most effective strategies for pricing a new listing or arriving at the right number when making an offer. For his investor clients, he often runs financial models that provide high-level zoning analysis for short- or long-range building potential.
Stephen is the utmost professional. His objective is to help his clients meet their objectives, and he does so with an exceptional degree of thoughtfulness, steadfast integrity, informed insights, and hard fast data.
A native of Quincy, he completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Babson College. He resides in Wellesley with his wife and their son. In addition to advising his clients in real estate matters, Stephen enjoys Crossfit and is an avid reader and golfer.
